This 2007 photo was taken of my, then six-month old, daughter in a wading pool (The boundaries of water, and the pool). It was just a candid shot of my daughter splashing around in the water. We camp often, and this particular occasion was one of the hottest, most humid camp outs we had ever had. Everyone was trying to escape the heat, and the overt joy she was showing in the moment was incredible. I take a lot of photographs, and this one is arguably one of my personal favorites.
I have decided to use this weekly photo challenge to highlight my own personal photographs. I am very much an amateur, and do all of my shots with a little point and shoot, so there is no way I can take some of the amazing shots you might see elsewhere, but like the picture above, there is a lot you can catch with a little pocket camera if you are in the right place at the right time. I look forward to sharing them with you.
